## 1. Upfront Payment & Processing Authorization

* Payment Processing via Stripe: All transactions are securely processed via our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By entering your payment details, you authorize Fast Track DJ Academy and Stripe to charge your designated credit card, debit card, or digital wallet for the total amount specified at checkout.

* Full Upfront Payment: Booking confirmation is contingent upon successful payment authorization. Time slots will not be reserved or held without completed upfront payment.

* Recurring Subscriptions (Coaching & Monthly Retainers): If you enroll in a recurring monthly service (such as Monthly Marketing Coaching or EPK Retainers), you authorize automatic recurring billing via Stripe on the same day each month until canceled. You may cancel recurring subscriptions by providing written notice via email at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.

## 2. Statutory Distance Selling Waiver (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

* Immediate Performance Request: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers booking services online standardly have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. By selecting a lesson date that falls within 14 days of your purchase, you explicitly request that Fast Track DJ Academy begins providing the instructional service immediately.

* Waiver of Cancellation Right: You acknowledge and agree that once your scheduled lesson session begins or is completed, your statutory 14-day right to cancel is fully waived and lost in accordance with Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

## 3. Punctuality, Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy

* 15-Minute Grace Period: Instructors will hold your booked session for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time (whether for in-person studio sessions in Essex or online video calls).

* Session Forfeiture ("No-Show"): If you fail to arrive or log on within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, the session will be declared a "No-Show." Your booking fee will be forfeited in full, and no rescheduling credit or refund will be provided.

* No Time Extensions: If you arrive late within the 15-minute grace period, your lesson will still terminate at the originally scheduled end time so as not to disrupt subsequent student bookings. Instructors are strictly prohibited from extending session times to compensate for late student arrivals.

## 4. Promotional Discount Codes, Credits & Vouchers

* Pre-Checkout Application: All promotional discount codes, reward credits (such as £10 or £5 lesson credits), or gift vouchers must be entered into the designated discount box prior to completing checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to an already completed transaction.

* Voucher Expiration & One-Time Use: Promotional codes and reward vouchers carry explicit expiration dates (standardly 7 days from date of issue unless explicitly stated otherwise). Expired vouchers automatically void and cannot be reinstated. Once a voucher or credit is redeemed at checkout, it is permanently consumed and non-refundable.

* Cash Value: Credits and vouchers possess no monetary cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency.

## 5. Dispute Resolution, Fraud & Unauthorized Chargebacks

* Customer Service First: If you are unsatisfied with your first initial lesson or believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact us directly at `contact@fasttrackdjacademy.com` to resolve the matter under our 100% Refundable First Lesson Guarantee within 7 days.

* Fraudulent Chargeback Policy: Initiating a bank chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute without prior written communication with Fast Track DJ Academy will be classified as a breach of contract.

* Termination & Recovery Fees: In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback:

1. Your academy access, future lesson bookings, and student account will be immediately terminated.

2. You remain fully liable for the original transaction amount plus a £25.00 administrative fee and any third-party chargeback recovery costs incurred by us.

## 6. Governing Law

These Checkout Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any legal claims or proceedings arising out of a booking transaction shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
